Abstract
Cilj: Cilj ovog rada bio je na temelju anonimne ankete utvrditi učestalost ozljeda skočnog zgloba te povezati ozljedu skočnog zgloba s košarkom i odrediti najadekvatniju rehabilitaciju. Metode: Kao osnovna metoda rada korišten je anonimni anketni upitnik koji se sastojao od sedam cjelina (A - G). Rezultati su statistički obraĎeni u MSExcell-u. Rezultati: Skočni zglob je od 135 ispitanika ozlijedilo 127 (94%). Najčešće ispitanici uganu nogu jednom godišnje (51.1%). Bol kod rekreativaca traje duže. Istegnuće je najučestalija ozljeda kod čak 82% ispitanih. 25% košarkaša je imalo treći stupanj ozljede. S porastom prosječne tjelesne težine ispitanika rastu učestalost i težina ozljede. Doskok je u 94.5% slučajeva uzrok najučetalijih i najtežih ozljeda. Nakon ozljeĎivanja većina (71,6%) bolesnika odmah stavi led na ozlijeĎeni skočni zglob, a trećina rekreativaca i 69% profesionalaca koristi neku vrstu zaštiteza skočni zgloba. 46% profesionalnih košarkaša i 8% rekreativaca se liječniku javi svaki put nakon ozljede. 54% profesionalaca i 79% rekreativaca rehabilitaciju najčešće ozljede obavi kod kuće. Kod rekreativaca rehabilitacija traje dulje. Treningu se nakon rehabilitacije i na isti nivo vratilo 92% profesionalnalaca.. Diskusija i zakljuĉci: Ozljeda skočnog zgloba jedna je od najčešćih ozljeda kod košarkaša. Najvažnije je rano započeti s najadekvatnijom rehabilitacijom ovisno o mehanizmu i vrsti ozljede.

Goal: The goal of this study was to determine the incidence of ankle injury based on an anonymous questionnaire and relate it with basketball and determine the most appropriate rehabilitation. Methods: The basic method used in this study was an anonymous questionnaire, which was consisted of seven sections (A - G). The results were statistically analyzed in MS Excell. Results: From 135 people who filled out a questionnaire, 127 (94%) had their ankle injured. 51.1% sprain their ankle once a year. Ankle sprain is the most common injury that occurs in 82% of the cases. 25% of players had third degree of ankle injury. The frequency and severity of ankle injury increase with higher BMI. In 94.5% of cases the cause of the most common and fatal injuriy is landing.. After injuring majority (71.6%) of patients immediately put ice on the injured ankle. A 30% of recreational and 69% professional basketball players use some kind of protection for the ankle joint. 46% of professionals and 8% of recreational players contact a doctor every time after the ankle injury. 54% of professionals and 79% of recreational players do rehabilitation of ankle injury at home. Rehabilitation among recreational players lasts longer. 92% of professionals returned on the same level of training after the rehabilitatiton Discussion and Conclusions: The injury of ankle joint is one of the most common injury in basketball. For successfull rehabilitation results it is important to start early with an appropriate rehabilitation depending on the mechanism and type of injury.
