Abstract
Nadogradnja predstavlja nadomjestak koji se izrađuje na endodontski liječenom zubu koji ima nedostatnu retencijsku površinu. Prema načinu izrade dijele se na individualne (lijevane) i konfekcijske koje mogu biti kovinske i nekovinske (keramički, kompozitni i cirkonijski sustav). Individualne nadogradnje su u potpunosti prilagođene obliku i duljini korijenskog kanala svakog pojedinog zuba za koji se izrađuju. Koronarni i intraradikularni dio nadogradnje izrađen je od istog materijala. Indicirane su u slučajevima opsežnog gubitak zubne strukture. Konfekcijske ili tvorničke nadogradnje su gotovi tvornički proizvodi normiranih dimenzija i standariziranih oblika. Sastoje od kolčića koji je korijenski dio i jezgre koja se izrađuje direktno u ustima, a može biti kompozitna, stakleno ionomerna ili amalgamska. Kolčić i jezgra bi trebali formirati monoblok - slojevitu strukturu koja je po karakteristikama slična dentinu. Indicirane su kada je sačuvano barem ½ kliničke krune i cirkumferentno minimalno 2 mm zdravog dentina.( „ferrule efect“ odnosno učinak obruča ).
Abstract (english)
Post is a prosthetic restoration that is made on endodontically treated teeth. It is made due to the decrease of retention of the tooth surface. According to the method of preparation it is divided into individual (cast) and ready-made that can be metallic and nonmetallic (ceramic, composite and Zirconia system). Individual post and core are fully adapted to the shape and length of the root canal of each tooth which is produced. Coronary and intraradicular part of the upgrade is made of the same material. They are indicated in the significant loss of tooth structure. Commercial or factory post are factory-finished products of standardized dimensions and standardized forms. They consist of the pin, which is the root part, and core that is made directly in the mouth, and can be composite, glass ionomer or amalgam. The pin and core should form a monoblock-layered structure that is similar to the characteristics of dentin. They are indicated when at least ½ of the clinical crown and at least 2 mm of sound dentin circumference are saved ( „ferrule efect“).
