Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad uvodno opisuje građu i izgled gingive, uzroke gingivne recesije i njezinu terapiju parodontalnom kirurgijom. Opisana je tehnika koja se najčešće koristi u liječenju recesije, tehnika vezivno-tkivnim transplantatom u kombinaciji sa koronarno mobiliziranim režnjem. Također je opisano uzimanje autolognog transplantata i moguće supstitute kao što su trombocitima obogaćen fibrin, proteini caklinskog matriksa i korištenje membrane. Prikazan je i slučaj prekrivanja gingivne recesije autolognim transplantatom te Mucodermom.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis describes structure and appearance of gingiva, causes of gingival recession and it's treatment with periodontal surgery. Described tehnique that is most common used in recession treatment is connective tissue graft tehnique in combination with coronally advanced flap. It is also described use of autologus transplant and possible substitutes as platelet- rich fibrin, enamel matrix proteins and use of membrane. There is also a case report of gingival recession covering with use of autologus transplant and Mucoderm.
