Brain aneurysms are a defect of the blood vessel and that part are actually a pathologically extended artery segments that can have differennt shapes.All that is caused by weakness of the blood vessel wall, which is bulbed out by the arterial blood pressure. By morphology they can be of different shapes as well as localization also they are dividet into intact and ruptured. Clinical symptoms depend on the type and localization of aneurysm, with the most important clinical picture being in ruptured aneurysm which is actually a life-threatening condition most commonly manifested by subarachnoid bleeding. Thus, the approach to diagnosis and treatment of aneurysms is different because of the various factors mentioned, it must be multidisciplinary that provides treatment with conservative, microsurgical and endovascular approaches. The aim of this graduate thesis is to compare the approaches and the most comparable surgical approach and endovascular approach as well as their indications, advantages and complications. Which will be changed by further research as well as with the development of the treatment method itself.
