Abstract
Dentalni implantati su konstrukcije izrađene od biokompatibilnog materijala koji se operativnim zahvatom ugrađuju u bezube dijelove čeljusti, zamjenjujući korijenski dio zuba. Osnovna podjela dentalnih implantata je prema materijalu izrade, obliku, površini, promjeru i duljini. Danas se u kliničkoj upotrebi najviše upotrebljavaju implantati od titana i njegovih legura. Prema obliku mogu biti konusni ili cilindrični. Površina implantata može biti glatka ili hrapava. Hrapavost se postiže površinskom obradom implantata: pjeskarenjem ili jetkanjem, laserskom obradom ili nanošenjem sloja nekog materijala: hidroksil-apatita, aluminij-oksidne keramike, titan plazme. Prema promjeru razlikuju se implantati smanjenog, standardnog i povećanog promjera. Tehnike ugradnje dentalnog implantata mogu se podijeliti na jednofaznu i dvofaznu kiruršku tehniku. Uspješna ugradnja dentalnog implantata podrazumijeva fizičku i kemijsku povezanost implantata s okolnom kosti. Danas su na tržištu dostupni dentalni implantati različitih materijala, oblika, površine, promjera i duljina. Najbolje rezultate oseointegracije pokazuju implantati najetkani klorovodičkom i sumpornom kiselinom, te implantati koničnog oblika.
Abstract (english)
Dental implants are structures made of a biocompatible material that is operatively incorporated in the edentulous jaw parts, replacing the root of the tooth. The basic division of dental implants is according to the material, shape, surface, diameter and length. Today, in the clinical use mostly implants of titanium and its alloys are used. According to the form they can be conical or cylindrical. Implant surface can be smooth or rough. Roughness is achieved by surface treatment of implants: sandblasting or acid etching, laser treatment or by applying a layer of a certain material: hydroxyl-apatite, ceramic aluminum oxide, titanium plasma. According to the diameter, implants can vary from reduced, standard to an increased diameter. Implant placement techniques can be divided into single-phase and two-stage surgical techniques. Successful installation of dental implants involves physical and chemical association of implants with the surrounding bone. Today there are dental implants of different materials, shapes, surfaces, diameters and lengths available on the market. Best results of osseointegration demonstrate implants etched with hydrochloric and sulfuric acid, and conical implants.
