Abstract
Kombinirani fiksno-mobilni protetski radovi koriste se prilikom sanacije djelomično bezube čeljusti, kada nije moguća izrada fiksnih radova. Vezni elementi koji se upotrebljavaju za retenciju kombiniranih radova jesu pričvrstci i teleskopski sustavi. Pričvrstci se topografski dijele na intrakoronarne, ekstrakoronarne, supraradikularne i interdentalne (prečke). Na tržištu postoje konfekcijske i individualne prečke. Predstavnik konfekcijskih prečki je Dolderova prečka koja može biti kruta ili rezilijentna. Teleskopske krunice mogu biti cilindrične, konusne ili rezilijentne. Funkcijski pričvrstke klasificiramo na temelju smjera i iznosa kretnji koje su moguće.
Abstract (english)
Combined fixed-mobile dentures are used in rehabilitation of partial anodontia, when fixed appliances cannot be used. Attachments and telescopic systems are connecting elements used for the retention of combined dentures. Dental attachments are topographically divided into intracoronary, extracoronary, supraradicular and interdental (bars). There are manufactured and individually customized bar attachment on the market. The representative of the manufactured bar attachments is the Dolder 's bar, that can be solid or resilient. Telescopic crowns can be cylindrical, conical or resilient. Functionally, attachments can be classified according their direction and amount of movements they allow.
