Abstract
Glavobolje se prema uzroku nastanka dijele na primarne i sekundarne. Glavobolja predstavlja pojavu boli u bilo kojem predjelu glave uključujući lice, unutrašnjost glave i meki oglavak, one su jedan od najčešćih uzroka posjete neurologu. Primarne glavobolje su bolest za sebe, te među njima razlikujemo migrenu, tenzijsku glavobolju i trigeminalne autonomne glavobolje. Anamneza je najvažniji dio dijagnostike glavobolje. Migrena se pojavljuje najčešće te se odlikuje unilateralnom boli umjerenog do... More teškog intenziteta, često je povezana s mučninom, povraćanjem, fotofobijom i fonofobijom. Tenzijski oblik glavobolje počinje u mladosti, a prati ga slaba do umjerena okcipitalna bol karaktera pritiska ili stezanja, smještena bilateralno. Trigeminalne autonomne glavobolje su skup rijetkih primarnih sindroma koji uključuju „cluster“ glavobolju, paroksizimalnu hemikraniju, SUNCT i SUNA-u. Definira ih snažna orbitalna, periorbitalna ili temporalna bol koja se pojavljuje unilateralno, a prate ju ipsilateralni autonomni simptomi kao konjunktivalna injekcija, lakrimacija, rinoreja, edem i ptoza očnog kapka. Sindromi se razlikuju po duljini trajanja simptoma i učestalosti napadaja. Terapija svih glavobolja se dijeli na akutnu koja je usmjerena na smanjenje i uklanjanje boli, te profilaktičnu čiji je cilj da se smanji učestalost napada. Less
Abstract (english)
Headaches can be divided by aetiology into primary and secondary headaches. They present themselves as pain in any part of the head including the face, scalp and cranial interior. Primary headaches are independent diseases and among them we differentiate migraine, tension type headache and trigeminal autonomic cephalgias. Anamnesis is the most important part of the diagnosis. Migraine is the most prevalent one, key features are unilateral location, pulsating quality, moderate or severe... More intensity, and frequent occurance with nausea, photophobia and phonophobia. Tension type headache usually starts in youth, it is characterized by a mild to moderate headache, quality of pain is pressing and tightening, and it is typically bilateral. Trigeminal autonomic cephalgias are a group of rare primary headache syndromes that include „cluster“ headache, paroxysmal hemicrania, SUNCT and SUNA. They are characterized by attacks of severe unilateral orbital, periorbital, or temporal pain, with associated ipsilateral cranial autonomic symptoms, such as conjunctival injection, lacrimation, rhinorrhoea, eyelid oedema, and ptosis. The difference between the syndromes is in duration and frequency of attacks.
