Abstract
Cilj ovog završnog rada bio je prikazati najčešće ozljede na radu kod medicinskog i pomoćnog osoblja u odnosu na: spol, godište, zanimanje i vrste ozljede. Potrebno je proučiti što su to ozljede na radu, koji čimbenici utječu na njihov nastanak, mjere sprječavanja nastanka ozljeda na radu ( preventivne mjere ) te prijavu ozljeda na radu. U radu su obrađeni podaci povreda pri radu , povreda za vrijeme puta do posla i pri povratku s posla kući. Korišteni su kartoni pacijenata u Ordinaciji medicine rada Doma zdravlja Primorsko - goranske županije, nastavne baze Medicinskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Rijeci. Dobiveni rezultati prikazani su tabelarno i grafički te su korišteni u raspravi. Na temelju tih rezultata možemo zaključiti da su najčešće ozljede: uganuća, prijelomi, uklještenja zaposlenika, padovi predmeta na zaposlenike i prometne nesreće. Ozljede na radu najčešće nastaju zbog nepažnje, nepovoljnih uvjeta rada, neispravnih sredstava za rad ili ne nošenja zaštitne opreme.

The purpose of this final work it was to show the most common occupational injuries at medical and support staff in relation to gender, age, occupation and type of injury. It is necessary to study what are the injuries, which factors affect on their development, measures to prevent the occurrence of occupational injuries ( preventive measures ) and the application of occupational injuries. This paper deals with data related injuries and injuries on the way to work and on the way back home from work. Medical records of patients were used from occupational medicine practitioner out of Healt Centre Primorsko – goranska county, educational bases of Medicine , University of Rijeka. The results are presented in tables and charts.The results were used in the discussion. Based on these results we conclude that the most common injuries are: sprains, fractures, and various injuries, entrapment employee, objects falling on employees and traffic accidents. Occupational injuries usually occur due to negligence, bad working conditions, defective funds for work or because people are not wearing protective equipment.
