Abstract
Pojam samoozljeđivanje označava samostalno i namjerno nanošenje tjelesnih ozljeda. Pregledom stručne i zananstvene literature pronađeno je šest vodećih psihoterapijskih metoda koje su primijenjivane u liječenju samoozljeđivanja. Dijalektičko-bihevioralna terapija, grupna terapija za regulaciju emocija i kognitivna terapija po priručniku su kognitivno-bihevioralne tehnike. Psihodinamkse psihoterapije su psihoterapija fokusirana na transfer i dinamska dekonstrukcijska terapija. Od ekspresivnih terapija navodi se glasovno-ekspresivna terapija. Pregledom je utvrđen mali broj istraživanja učinkovitosti ovih terapija. Većina istraživanja rađena je na malom broju ispitanika. Rezultati dosadašnjih istraživanja su obećavajući i sve navedene metode su se pokazale djelotvorne. Potrebna su daljnja istraživanja djelotvornosti pojedinih metoda, na raznolikijim i većim uzorcima ispitanika, i uz što manje metodoloških i dijagnostičkih odstupanja.
Abstract (english)
The definition of self-harm refers to self-inflicted and intentional infliction of bodily injury. A review of the professional and scientific literature found six leading psychotherapeutic methods applied in the treatment of self-harm. Cognitive-behavioral techniques are: Dialectical behavioral therapy, Emotion regulation group therapy and Manual-assisted cognitive therapy. Psychodynamic psychotherapies are Transference-focused psychotherapy and Dynamic deconstructive psychotherapy. Of the expressive therapies, Voice-movement therapy is mentioned.The review revealed a small number of studies on the effectiveness of these therapies. Most of the research was done on a small number of respondents. The research results so far are promising, and all the above methods have proven to be effective. Further research is needed on the effectiveness of methods, with diverse and larger samples of respondents, and with as few methodological and diagnostic deviations as possible.
