Abstract
Istraživanje je provedeno na prigodnom uzorku od 84 studenta četvrte, pete i šeste godine dentalne medicine. Podaci su prikupljeni ručno ispunjavanom anketom. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati zastupljenost muskulo-skeletalnih poremećaja kod studenata dentalne medicine. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako je ta zastupljenost velika. Najveći broj studenata je razvio simptome u donjem dijelu kralježnice. Ispitanici s četvrte godine imaju manje razvijene simptome nego studenti viših godina tijekom dosadašnjeg rada. Istraživanje je pokazalo kako spol i sport nisu jako bitni faktori kod razvoja ovih tegoba. Dentalnu protetiku ispitanici smatraju najvažnijom granom dentalne medicine za razvoj muskulo-skeletalnih simptoma. Ispitanici također smatraju kako rad stojeći više pogoduje razvoju simptoma. Iz istraživanja saznajemo da većina studenata pazi na svoj položaj tijela prilikom izvođenja zahvata kao i to da ih voditelji vježbi upozoravaju na nepravilan položaj ukoliko ga primjete.
Abstract (english)
Research was conducted on appropriate sample of 84 students of the fourth , fifth and sixth year of dental medicine. Data was collected through questionnaire which has been filled out by hand. Goal of the research was to establish rate of musculoskeletal disorders among dental students. Research has shown a large range of prevalence. The largest number of students have developed symptoms in the low back. Participants of fourth year have less developed symptoms till now than participants from fifth and sixth year. Research has shown that sex and sport are not very important factors in development of those symptoms. Participants reported that dental prosthetics is the most important branch of dentistry that causes musculoskletal disorders. Students also reported that standing during procedure increase symptoms. Most of the students pay attention on body position during procedure and they answered that professors have been correcting them in their irregular positions.
