Abstract Doktori dentalne medicine se svakodnevno susreću sa fiksno- protetskim radovima tj. planiranjem mostnih konstrukcija.
Oblik tijela mosta uvijetuju četiri čimbenika: statičko-mehanički, biološko- higjenski, gradivni i estetski.
Vrste mostnih konstrukcija koje koristimo kod trajne nadokande jednog ili više zubi su: privjesni most, akrilatni most na metalnoj osnovi, keramički most na metalnoj osnovi, potpuno keramički most, cirkon keramički most, inlay most, Maryland mst, most na skidanje i most na impalntatima.
Svaka vrsta mosta za trajnu nadaokandu jednog ili više zuba mora zadovoljavati određene uvijete kojim postižu bolju i drugotrajniju učinkovitost.
Abstract (english) Dentists are daily faced with planning of dental bridges. Dental bridges are fixed- proshtetic substitute that replace one or more teeth. The task of dentist is to save and preserve a greater number of masticatory units. To save and preserve them, they need good planning therapy.
For planning of dental bridges dentists need to take a detailed anamnesis, clinical examination, functional analysis of denatl model and a panoramic snapshot of the jaw.
Factors that are analysed in planning are: biological factor, Ante rule, topographical situation, mode of transmission and size of masticatory forces, and occlusal relationships.
Dental bridges consist four parts. Two of them belong to the biological part and other two belong to the tehological part.
Factors that need to be satisfy for a shape of dental bridge body are: static- mehanical, biological- sanitary, building and aestetic.
Types of dental bridge constructions, we use in permanent compensation of one ore more teeth are: cantilever dental bridge, acrylic dental bridge on metal base, ceramic dental bridge on metal base, fully ceramc dental bridge, zirconia ceramic dental bridge, inlay bridge, Maryland dental bridge, remoable dental bridge and dental bridge on implants.
Each type of dental bridge need to satisfy certain conditons to achive better efficiency and continance.
