Abstract
U ovome su diplomskom radu opisana svojstva vezivnotkivnih transplantata te mjesta i tehnike njihovih uzimanja. Prikazane su i situacije u kojima ih možemo koristiti i dobiti veoma dobre rezultate. To su augmentacija gingive, prekrivanje gingivalnih recesija na zubima i implantatima, rekonstrukcija interdentalnih papila, ektopično niknuti zubi s defektima mekih tkiva, ispravljanje defekata grebena te opskrba ekstrakcijskih alveola. Uz svaku su indikaciju navedene tehnike kojima možemo zbrinuti određeni defekt. Korištenjem tehnika vezivnotkivne transplantacije nailazimo na manje komplikacije. U koracima je prikazan slučaj prekrivanja recesije na gornjem desnom očnjaku. Pritom je korištena tehnika subeepitelnoga SVT-a u kombinaciji s koronarno pomaknutim režnjem.
Abstract (english)
This graduation thesis describes the properties of connective tissue grafts and techniques of their intake. The situations in which it can be used with very good results are also displayed. These are gingival augmentation, covering gingival recession on teeth and implants, reconstruction of interdental papilla, ectopic sprout teeth with soft tissue defects, correcting defects of alveolar crest and supply of extractive alveoli. With every indication, the techniques which can be used for disposing of certain defect, are also descibed. Using the technique of connective-tissue transplantation, we find fewer complications. The case of covering the recession on the upper right canine is presented step by step. Used technique is sub-epithelial free connective tissue graft in combination with coronary shifted flap.
