Abstract
Važna mobilna protetska rješenja na implantatima koje mi koristimo su različite vrste nadogradnji kao što su: prečke,stud,magneti i teleskopske kapice. Osim te podijele nama je također jako bitna i rezilijencija samih nadogradnji,tako da na temelju rezilijencije nadogradnje možemo podijeliti na čvrste ne-rezilijentne, ograničene vertikalno rezilijentne, horizlontalno rezilijentne, kombinacija rezilijentnih, rotacijsko rezilijentne i univerzalno rezilijentne. Elementi koji utječu na tu rezilijenciju su: oblik luka,raspored implantata, duljina implantata i položaj implantata u odnosu na kost. Pokrovne proteze koje su poduprte takvim nadogradnjama imaju veliku moć retencije i imaju mogućnost minimalnih pokreta u vertikalnom, horizontalnom, rotacijskom, translacijskom i kombiniranim smjerovima. Također jedni od jako važnih kriterija koji će nam pomoći u odabiru odgovarajuće nadogradnje su: dostupnost kosti, pacijentova protetska očekivanja, financijska sposobnost pacijenta, osobni izbor i klinička stručnost stomatologa i iskustvo i znanje zubotehničkog laboratorija.

The most important mobile prosthetic soluction for the implants wich we use are different tipes of attachment such as bars, studs, magnets and telescopic copings. Other then this classification to use is also very important resiliency level of the attachment assembly. In this way,based on resiliency, attachments can be rigid non-resilient, restricted vertical resilient, hinge resilient, rotatory resilient, combination resilient and universal resilient. Factor that have influence on the design and resiliency leval of the attachments are: shape of the arch, distribution of the implants in the arch, length of the implants and degree of implant bone interface and the distance between the most anterior and posterior implants. Overdenture wich are supported by the attachments have the strong retenty and wich them we have the minimal posibility of vertical, hinge, rotation, translation and spinning and combination of the above movements. Also one of the most important factors wich will help use to select the best attachments are available bone, patient prosthetic expecatations, financial ability of the patient to cover treatment cost, personal choic and clinical experties of the dentist and experience and technical knowledge of the lab technicians.
