Abstract
Dentalni CAD-CAM sustavi nova su tehnologija koja posljednjih godina ubrzano napreduje i razvija se. Primijenjena u sklopu implantoprotetske terapije pruža terapeutu velike mogućnosti, ubrzava i unapređuje rad. Primjenjuje se prilikom planiranja implantološke terapije i izrade kirurških šablona za vođenu implantaciju. Individualnim nadogradnjama izrađenih CAD-CAM sustavima omogućena je kvalitetna i estetska protetska opskrba implantata. Naprednom izradom osnove ili cijelih fiksnoprotetskih radova daje izvrsne rezultate. U radu je opisana primjena i mehanizam funkcioniranja različitih CAD-CAM sustava u pojedinim fazama implantoprotetske terapije. Prikazom slučaja dan je uvid u praktičnu primjenu CAD-CAM-a u implantoprotetskoj terapiji.
Abstract (english)
Dental CAD-CAM systems is a new technology that made a great progress in recent years. Used in implantoprostethic therapy, it gives a therapist a lot of possibilities, speeds up the process and improves quality of work. It is applied during planning implant therapy and production of surgical implant guides. Individual abutments made by CAD-CAM systems provide quality and aesthetic implantoprostethics. Advanced production of base or entire fixed prosthodontic work gives excellent results. This work describes the use and working mechanism of different CAD-CAM systems in particular phases of implantoprosthetic therapy. A case report in this text gives a review of applied use of CAD-CAM in implantoprostethic therapy.
