Abstract
U sustavne autoimune bolesti spadaju i vezikulobulozne bolesti.

Parallel abstract (English)
Vesiculobullous skin diseases represent a group of systemic autoimmune diseases. Vesiculobullous skin diseases is a common term for a variety of lesions affecting skin and mucous membranes resulting in blister formation and extensive erosions. Diseases are characterised by binding of circulating autoantibodies to adhesions molecules of the epidermis and the basement membrane zone. It results with the loss of adhesion between cells causing blisters and erosions. Diseases manifest with a similar symptoms so it is very hard to establish a correct diagnosis. Making the diagnosis of autoimmune bullous skin diseases is based on anamnesis, clinical aspects, histopathological examinations and immunofluorescence. Pemphigus and pemphigoid have the same prefix, but in base they are completely two different diseases. One of this diseases does not ruled out the other so it is very important to make laboratory diagnosis. Direct and indirect immunofluorescence represent a gold standard in diagnosis of those two diseases. Early management of the disease, correct diagnosis and a proper therapy leads to healing in this diseases which are very old, but with the strange causes.
