Abstract
Vizualizacija konačnog ishoda fiksnoprotetskog nadomjeska čini problem u kliničkoj praksi, kako pacijentu tako i doktoru dentalne medicine, te dentalnom tehničaru. Nezadovoljstvo konačnim ishodom te korekcije i izrade novog rada mogu se spriječiti korištenjem nekom od tehnika vizualizacija. U tehnike vizualizacije ubrajaju se: wax-up, mock-up te digitalne tehnike. Svaka od navedenih tehnika ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke, ali se njihovom kombinacijom nedostaci svode na minimum. Primjenom svih navedenih metoda pri izradi fiksnoprotetskog rada, uz implementaciju estetskih principa i želja pacijenta postiže se zadovoljavajući konačni rezultat.
Abstract (english)
Visualization of the final outcome of fixed dental restoration makes problem in clinical practice, to patient and dentist and dental technician. Dissatisfaction with the ultimate outcome results with corrections and creating new work, and all that can be prevented by using some of the visualization techniques. The visualization techniques include: wax-up, mock-up, and digital techniques. Each of these techniques has its advantages and disadvantages, but combination of techniques reduces disadvantages to a minimum. With usage of those methods in clinical practice that include aesthetic principles and the wishes of the patient, satisfactory with final result is achieved.
