Abstract
Cilj istraživanja: Cilj istraživanja bio je izmjeriti i analizirati vertikalnu silu i okretni moment kod strojne ProTaper tehnike i te rezultate međusobno usporediti između zuba koji su prije strojne tehnike šireni ručnim instrumentom promjera 0,10 mm ili 0,15 mm. Materijal i metode: Istraživanje je provedeno na 20 humanih izvađenih jednokorijenskih zuba s jednim ravnim korijenskim kanalom. Zubi su podijeljeni u dvije grupe, po 10 u svakoj. Mjerenje vertikalne sile i okretnog momenta napravljeno je pomoću uređaja za mjerenje vertikalne sile i okretnog momenta,a rezultati su izraženi kao maksimalna i minimalna vrijednost, te srednja vrijednost. Rezultati: Vertikalna sila bila je veća u grupi 1 u odnosu na grupu 2. Statistički značajno veća sila je kod S1 instrumenta na punoj dužini (P=0,002), F1 (P=0,005) i F3 (P=0,000). Okretni moment je veći u grupi 1 u odnosu na grupu 2. Statistički značajno veća vrijednost momenta je u grupi 1 za instrumente S1 ( P=0,049), F2 (P=0,022) i F3 (P=0,034). Dobivene vrijednosti kod zubi koje smo proširili do 0,10 mm su, vertikalna sila u rasponu od 0,0155 N do 2,232 N, a okretni moment od 0,034 Ncm do 1,517 Ncm. U drugoj skupini, kod koje smo zube proširili do 0,15 mm, vertikalna sila je u rasponu od 0,081 N do 1,925 N, a okretni moment od 0,049 Ncm do 3,521 Ncm. Zaključci: U našem istraživanju dokazali smo da u grupi 1, kod proširivanja kanala ručnim K proširivačima #10, kanali su manje prošireni, čime se povećava dodirna površina instrumenta i stijenki dentina. Time se povećavaju i vrijednosti vertikalne sile i okretnog momenta, u odnosu na grupu 2, kod koje su korijenski kanali prošireni ručnim K proširivačem #15, te su kanali više prošireni i smanjena je površina, te su i vrijednosti vertikalne sile i okretnog momenta manje.

Aim: The aim of this study was to measure and analyze the vertical force and torque by rotary ProTaper technique and compare the results with each other between the teeth that were previously expand with hand instrument to diameter of 0.10 mm or 0.15 mm. Material and Methods: The study was conducted on 20 extracted human single-rooted teeth with one straight root canal. The teeth were divided into two groups, 10 in each. Measurement of vertical force and torque is created using a device for measuring the vertical force and torque, and investigative findings are expressed as maximum and minimum value, and mean value. Results: The vertical force was higher in group 1 compared to the second group. A significantly greater force is in S1 instrument to its full length (P = 0.002), F1 (P = 0.005) and F3 (P = 0.000). Torque is higher in group 1 than in group 2, significantly higher torque is in the group 1 - instrument S1 (P = 0.049), F2 (P = 0.022) and F3 (P = 0.034). The values obtained for teeth that have been expanded to 0.10 mm are vertical forces ranging from 0.0155 N to 2.232 N and a torque of 0.034 to 1.517 Ncm. In the second group, in which the teeth are expanded to 0.15 mm, the vertical force is in the range from 0.081 N to 1.925 N and a torque of 0.049 to 3.521 Ncm. Conclusion: In our study we showed that in group 1, in which the canal were extended with hand K widener # 10, the canals are less expanded, which increasing the contact area of the instrument and dentin, and thus increase the value and the vertical force and torque, compared to the group 2, in which the root canals extended with hand K widener # 15, and the canals are more expanded and that reduce the surface, and the values of the vertical force and torque are less.
