Abstract
Prevalencija dugotrajne uspješnosti imedijatno opterećenih implantata posljednjih godina se znatno povećala. Pažljivo proveden i temeljito isplaniran kirurški zahvat, pažljiva razmatranja u izboru i održavanju protetskog rada, dobra kontola mikrokretnji i imobilizacija implatata,konzumacija mekane hrane u periodu cijeljenja, redovite kontrole i dobra oralna higijena faktori su koji će doprinijeti uspješnosti provedene terapije. Uspješnost imedijatnog opterećenja implantata iznova je dokazivana i potvrđena na slučajevima donje čeljusti, gornja čeljust se još mora dokazati u klinički dokazanim dugotrajnim rezultatima. Međutim, dosadašnjim rezultatima i odabranim slučajevima, kliničari i istraživači savjetuju pridržavanje smjernica navedenih u tablici 4 kao ključ uspjeha u postizanju dugotrajne uspješnosti implanto – protetske terapije.
Abstract (english)
The prevalence of long-term success of immediately loaded implants in recent years has increased substantially. Carefully implemented and thoroughly planned surgery, careful consideration of clinical cases and maintenance of prosthetics (restorations), as well as good control of micromovement and immobilization of the implant, soft diet, regular recall and good oral hygiene are factors that will contribute to the success of the therapy. The success rate of immediately loaded implants in the mandible has been proved and confirmed in many cases, however maxilla has yet to prove itself in long - term evidence based study. So far, with current results and selected cases, clinicians and researchers are reccomending to abide with guidelines listed in table 4 as the key in achieving long-term success of implant - prosthetic treatment.
