Abstract
Endometrioza je relativno ĉesta bolest ţena reproduktivne dobi, karakterizirana je pojavom endometrijskih ţarišta izvan maternice. To je bolest koju karakterizira mnoštvo specifiĉnih i nespecifiĉnih simptoma, ovisno o lokalizaciji ţarišta. Mnogobrojni ĉimbenici rizika kao što su: genetika, hormoni, okoliš i imunost djeluju na nastanak i razvoj endometrioze. Zbog potrebe za što boljom dijagnozom i lijeĉenjem endometrioze postoji nekoliko klasifikacija koje primjenjujemo. U dijagnostici nam pomaţu: laparoskopija, patohistološki nalaz, ultrazvuk i serumski biljeg CA-125. Endometriozu lijeĉimo : medikamentoznom i kirurškom tehnikom, ovisno o stadiju bolesti.
Abstract (english)
Endometriosis is a relatively common disease in women of reproductive age, is characterized by the appearance of endometrial foci outside the womb. It is a disease characterized by a multitude of specific and non-specific symptoms, depending on the localization of foci. Numerous risk factors such as genetics, hormones, environment and immunity act on the formation and development of endometriosis. Because of the need for better diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis there are several classifications. The diagnostics that can help us are: laparoscopy, histopathologic findings, ultrasound and serum CA-125. Treatment of endometriosis, medications and surgical techniques, depend of the stage of the disease.
